Coverage: 86 of the 95 scoped Grade 3 standards (91%) are now live in Athena; the remaining 9 are currently under review. On top of the new content, the workflow picked up major upgrades across media editing, animation, QC, deployment, and customer review.
- Throughput impact: These improvements help us generate a new lesson in under two hours, address reviewer feedback in around 30 minutes (including reupload), and comfortably ship 2–3 new lessons per developer each day.
- Smarter media & visual editing: AI Image Editing in PPT enables quick, high-quality image adjustments directly inside the lesson workflow; upgraded GIF + SVG pipelines deliver smoother progressive-reveal visuals with aligned phases and editable GIF timing; native equation support ensures equations now render as clean, editable PPT math objects; and enhanced animation tools provide easier timing control, visual polish, and one-click auto-resync whenever voiceovers change.
- Quality & review improvements: A strong, weekly-evolving QC system flags most issues early, before we even push lessons for review, helping us fix problems faster; it then evolves every week based on fresh reviewer feedback to improve approval rates and avoid repeating past mistakes.
- Faster deployment & review: Rapid fixes (~30 minutes) and instant publish (deploy within a minute) make updated lessons immediately available to customers, while a streamlined reviewer experience—articles, comments, and 2× playback in one place—helps reviewers validate updates much faster, typically in under 5 minutes.

- User invitation feature: Providers can now easily invite new users directly from the provider portal, streamlining team collaboration and user management, making it simpler to grow and manage your organization without leaving the portal.
- Faster subscription history performance: Subscription history page now loads significantly faster, providing a smoother experience when viewing past subscriptions and transactions with less waiting time when reviewing important information.
Athena Accelerator: Learning Ramp, Quality Checks & Analytics Integrations
This update to Athena Accelerator brings a richer, safer learning journey for kids, with a structured ramp before practice, deeper quality checks on questions, and integrations that tie the app into the broader Timeback ecosystem; it captures the major releases shipped so far on the project.
- Timeback App & Caliper events integration: Athena now connects to the Timeback App and emits Caliper-compliant learning events for richer, standardized analytics and longitudinal insights across the Timeback ecosystem.
- InceptBench quality checks: Question content is now validated through inceptBench, adding automated quality and correctness checks before items go live for students.
- Learning ramp before practice: Students now warm up with a short conceptual ramp before diving into practice, including “Learn” and “Solve with me” modes to scaffold understanding before independent work.
- Streamlined kid‑friendly UI: Navigation and visuals have been simplified and clarified so that young learners can focus on the math rather than the interface.
- Second brain & user guides: A maintained product ‘second brain’ and user documentation now describe Athena’s positioning, design, and usage, available via the design workspace at Athena Accelerator design workspace and in the in‑app guides at Athena Guides.
