Marauder’s Map: RBAC, Tracker Benchmark & Value Proposal Demo
Marauder’s Map shipped enterprise-grade access control, validated tracker performance across controlled experiments, and presented a stakeholder-ready value proposal and live demo for school intelligence workflows.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Shipped a full multi-tier access control system across the platform. Users are assigned one of four roles - super_admin, school_admin, member, or parent - each with scoped permissions. All API routes are protected via FastAPI dependency guards, with school-level data isolation ensuring admins can only manage users within their assigned schools. Account lifecycle management (approve / reject / suspend / restore) is supported, with Redis-backed immediate token revocation so suspended users lose access instantly without waiting for JWT expiry.
- Tracker Comparison Experiment: Ran a controlled benchmark of 5 multi-object trackers against identical SAM3 detections across 3 modes (sparse, replay, every-frame). BoT-SORT ranked #1 overall - fewest unique IDs, lowest ID switches, and longest track lifetime, making it the most stable tracker across all conditions. SimpleTracker (current production) came in a close #2 with the best latency at 0.66 ms/frame.
- Marauder’s Map Value Proposal & Demo: Presented a stakeholder-facing value proposal and live demo showcasing the core intelligence Marauder’s Map delivers - real-time person tracking projected onto school floorplans, spatial heatmaps, interaction detection, and natural language querying of movement data.

EduPaid v2.24.0: Full-Period Pricing & Parent Wallet Top-Up
Learning track pricing is built around full billing periods for clearer totals and aligned renewals, while parents can top up a student’s cash wallet with a secure card checkout tied to an approved learning track.

- Parent wallet top-up with card: Guided flow to add money to a student’s cash wallet for an approved learning track—choose student and track, enter amount and optional note, review, and pay securely via Stripe with straightforward copy explaining secure checkout tied to the selected track.
