BrainTrust: Finance Agent Enhancements & Platform Updates
Significant improvements to the Finance Agent with multi-currency support and enhanced accounts receivable tracking, plus exciting new capabilities coming soon.
- Multi-Currency Intercompany Transfers – Added support for handling multi-currency accounts in intercompany transfer account reconciliation, providing more accurate analysis of accounts across different currencies and improving financial visibility for global operations.
- Enhanced A/R Status Tracking – Integrated Tesorio data to automatically pull vendor status for open invoices, helping the finance team quickly understand invoice status and customer payment health without manual lookups or switching between systems.
- Coming Soon: BrainTrust MCP Server – Find and invoke agents seamlessly through the new Model Context Protocol server, making it easier to discover and interact with BrainTrust’s growing library of AI agents.
- Coming Soon: Natural Language Job Scheduling – Schedule recurring jobs and tasks by simply asking the agent in plain language, removing the complexity of cron syntax and making automation accessible to everyone.

Marauders Map: Live 3D Matterport Digital Twin & UniFi Camera Experiment Results
Marauders Map now projects real-time person positions into an immersive Matterport 3D tour embedded in the dashboard with synchronized name labels, and delivers quantitative experiment results across 4 UniFi cameras at two mounting heights evaluating all 15 camera combinations for detection coverage and facial recognition accuracy.
- Live 3D Person Tracking via Matterport Digital Twin - Toggle between 2D floorplan and embedded 3D Matterport tour with a 4-point calibration wizard. Live person positions appear as color-coded markers (green = conversation, amber = proximity, grey = idle) with name labels synchronized across all view modes.
- UniFi Camera Height & Coverage Experiment - Tested 4 UniFi cameras at two mounting heights across all 15 camera combinations. Results identify minimum camera count for full-room coverage and optimal placement patterns (diagonal vs. parallel wall mounting).
- Facial Recognition Accuracy by Camera Height - Evaluated InsightFace recognition rates per camera combination and height set, revealing how mounting height impacts face visibility, providing deployment guidance for schools needing named attendance tracking.
QTI SDK – Generator Validation & TTS
This release focuses on real-world validation with Incept generators and adds Text-to-Speech support. Six active generators were run end-to-end through the SDK and uploaded to Timeback, surfacing content-generation improvements and QTI-specific fixes. Three generator owners have signed off; the remaining three are being contacted today. The SDK now also supports spoken content via ElevenLabs, and multiple LaTeX and template-variable issues have been resolved.
- Generator Validation (6 of 6) – Six active Incept generators were used to generate questions and upload to Timeback. Owners of three have been contacted, issues identified and resolved, and sign-off received (with one pending feature request). The remaining three owners will be contacted today.
- Text-to-Speech Support – The SDK now supports TTS for spoken content supplied with a question. Uses ElevenLabs behind the scenes to generate speech audio, enabling auditory content delivery where generators provide spoken-content markup.
- Renderer Issue Documentation – Expanded and documented renderer issues for collaboration with Athena. The full list is available at Qti Renderer Suggestions/Issues.
-
LaTeX & Template Fixes – Fixed multiple issues in LaTeX processing, including blanks and template variables appearing inside LaTeX expressions. Added support for operators like modulo in constraints for right-choice substitution of template variables. Fixed linked answers in multi-blank questions (e.g., accepting both
5, 3and3, 5across two blanks). - Next Steps – Currently only Grade 3 is supported for Timeback upload; awaiting data to support full Incept requirements and self-managed curriculum on Timeback (background work done, ETA end-of-day). Get sign-off from remaining three generator owners. Finalize polishing and packaging.

EduPaid v2.23.0: Team Roles & Universal Provider Onboarding
Providers can assign roles and permissions so staff only see what fits their job, while any provider can complete onboarding and enroll students on the Timeback-backed roster—same path for every organization.
- Team roles and permissions: Define roles and toggle permissions by area—learners, billing, discounts, team management, and more—so staff only see relevant portal sections; assign a role from the user list and access updates automatically for safer teamwork without one shared login for everything.
- Onboarding and enrollments for every provider: Any provider can complete onboarding and enroll students via the Timeback-backed roster with the same path for every organization—no single-provider or single-roster limits, no one-off workarounds, making it easier to onboard new partners and their students.
