EduPaid v2.14.0: Arizona ESA Support & Timeback Data Migration
Arizona parents can now seamlessly generate ESA funds receipts required for ClassWallet directly from their dashboard, while providers gain powerful bulk data migration capabilities to onboard Timeback users efficiently.
- Arizona ESA funds support: Arizona parents can generate professional invoices and initiate the ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) funding process directly from their student dashboard with easy invoice generation, funding amount validation, and instant invoice download—eliminating complex external systems and paperwork.
- Timeback data migration with bulk processing: Providers can migrate Timeback data into EduPaid by uploading CSV files for parents, students, and relationships with real-time progress tracking, detailed status updates for each record, clear error handling to identify and fix issues, and bulk processing capabilities.

LearnLens Studio: Complete Course Generation & Enhanced Content Quality
Course generation now delivers complete notes for every concept with higher-quality, precision-ranked segments aligned to learning objectives. Enhanced reliability ensures successful course completion even during service interruptions, while professional social sharing previews boost engagement.
- Complete notes for every concept – Fully reliable end-to-end course creation with no missing sections and dramatically faster generation.
- Higher-quality, concept-level curation – Quality-ranked, best-fit segments aligned to each concept’s learning objectives with better variety and less repetition.
- Professional social sharing previews – Course links display beautiful preview cards with title and thumbnail across all major platforms.
- Enhanced processing resilience – Improved retry behavior ensures courses finish successfully, even during temporary service interruptions.

Athena Accelerator: Smarter Escalation & Extended Intervention Reach
This release refines Athena’s intervention intelligence and expands where adaptive recovery can occur. The escalation engine now responds earlier and more gracefully—fading support as students regain footing and avoiding repetitive interventions that waste learning time. Additionally, Repair and Redirect interventions now extend into Solve-with-Me mode, ensuring students receive targeted help regardless of how they’re engaging with content.
- Refined Escalation Timing – The intelligent escalation sub-system has been tuned to intervene earlier when struggle patterns emerge. This addresses feedback that interventions sometimes came too late to be maximally effective.
- Intervention Deduplication – Fixed an issue where the same intervention could be triggered repeatedly in close succession. The system now tracks recently deployed interventions and ensures variety in the corrective sequences students encounter.
- Solve-with-Me Mode Interventions – Repair and Redirect interventions are no longer limited to Practice mode. Early trials showed that students benefit from targeted corrective drills even during guided problem-solving, so the full intervention ladder is now available across both learning contexts.
- Simulation & Assessment Dashboard – Stakeholders can now generate simulated student sessions exhibiting specific behavioral patterns and evaluate how the system responds. This proving ground includes tools to assess escalation timing, intervention appropriateness, and recovery outcomes across different criteria. Contact us for dashboard access.
- Known Beta Limitations – As with previous releases, you may encounter occasional cases where correct student input doesn’t match expected answer formats, or where repair questions feel redundant. Similar edge cases from the scaffolding release may also appear in repair mode. Your feedback continues to be invaluable for system refinement.

Athena Applets: Strong Quality Metrics & Multi-Grade Expansion
We prototyped three new interaction types to make applets more interactive and capture a wider range of student thinking beyond MCQs.
- New interaction types – Added Click-to-Highlight, Drag-and-Drop, and Numeric Input to support richer student responses and more varied practice.
- This week – 16 lessons generated. Review queue (current): Grade 3: 6, Grade 4: 4, Grade 5: 1, Grade 6: 55.

BrainTrust: School Closures Tracker & Wrike Integration
BrainTrust expands its intelligence capabilities with a new automated school closures tracking agent and seamless workflow integration, helping teams stay ahead of market changes and move faster from analysis to action. Plus, critical platform stability improvements ensure reliable 24/7 operation.
- School Closures Tracker agent – A new autonomous agent that runs daily to monitor and track school closures across regions. It automatically pulls relevant news articles about potential closures, saves school records and associated articles to the database, and works seamlessly with the school analysis agent to provide comprehensive closure information for any area you’re researching.
- Wrike workflow integration – The schools agent now pushes finalized location data directly to Wrike, eliminating manual data transfer. Once you’ve completed your analysis and selected target locations, simply request a push to Wrike—the agent handles record creation and automatically sends notification emails to relevant stakeholders to kick off downstream processing.
- Enhanced platform stability – Resolved a critical architecture issue in the conversation server that caused a Sunday night outage. Replaced a library that wasn’t truly asynchronous with a custom async implementation, making BrainTrust more resilient and stable during high-demand periods.

Incept Bench
Incept Bench now provides a complete dashboard where you can run your generator endpoint on a dataset and benchmark your generator against all other available generators, making evaluation and comparison seamless in one place.
- Version 2.2.1 Released – This release brings major improvements including aligned Web API and CLI schemas for consistent input/output handling, enhanced reliability and robustness, and fixes for curriculum mismatch and image evaluation bugs.
- New Datasets Available – Math and ELA (English Language Arts) datasets have been added to the benchmark website, expanding evaluation capabilities across key subject areas.
- Leaderboard Feature – A new leaderboard has been added to the Benchmark website, allowing you to compare generator performance and track rankings across different generators.
